Our Mission

We encourage positive role modeling and individual expression, as well as helping children learn the fundamentals of acting, stage presence and working alongside their peers. These lifelong skills not only apply to the theatre, but to public speaking, self-esteem building and the development of leadership abilities.

Children For The Arts produces three productions throughout the school year at The Pulte Center Stage located at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Productions are open to all children ages 6-17 and every child is guaranteed a role when they audition!

Join our backstage crew and learn the fundamentals of what makes a production run smoothly while having fun! This program is open to ages 15+ with or without experience and is a great way to get volunteer hours.

Support Children For The Arts through sponsorships, advertisements and contributions. All proceeds go directly back into the Children's Theatre to help us with the costs of sets, props, costumes, technical equipment and other necessities that help produce successful productions. Your support helps every child involved with Children For The Arts.

I loved theatre from a young age, but Children for the Arts is what turned that love into a passion. Acting in these programs through middle school improved my confidence, creativity, and teamwork. Children for the Arts led me to FSU and a degree in Theatre and English, then Washington DC, where I have recently become Membership Manager at one of the most historic theaters in the district. Without Children for the Arts, I would not be where I am today!
